360 Survey Analysis
To
complement the Emotional Intelligence assessment, we conduct 360 surveys to
evaluate potential successor candidates. Customized surveys are typically issued
to the manager, peers and direct reports of the successor candidate.
The
information collected from the 360 Surveys is accumulated into a detailed analysis
report that validates strengths and areas of improvement. The individual’s self-perception of their
strengths and weaknesses can be checked against the perceptions of the people
they are working with on a regular basis. The results help guide personal improvement plans and leadership
development focus and inform our Succession Planning process.
