Mark Fukuzawa is a Management Consultant with 30 years of experience in the energy sector, specializing in developing and leading strategic corporate projects for senior executive clients. His extensive executive management experience stems from a career spanning more than 25 years at Hydro One, which included customer operations, customer strategy, large enterprise system implementation, renewable energy projects, cross functional work process development, outsourcing relationships, business transformation, and business development. Leading Hydro One through significant business transformation change initiatives, he was involved in preparations for the Green Energy Act, establishing a long-term Customer Vision and Roadmap for the company, and managing a CIS platform implementation.
As a Management Consultant, Mark led two strategic corporate initiatives for Enercare, a leading home services and energy solutions company. The initiatives involved developing the strategic business case for a 5-year technology roadmap capital infrastructure investment program, as well as launching a new Green Energy business involving GeoExchange systems in residential condominiums.
