Target Capability Profile & Gap Analysis
In our Succession Planning programs, we create senior executive Target Capability Profiles™. These profiles create capability level targets for successor candidates and highlight any gaps in key capability areas. Although these profiles are based on incumbent senior executives, they are often adjusted to reflect the desired future state of the company and the associated capability levels required for key senior executive positions.
Our Target Capability™ and Gap Analysis can then be utilized to select particular competency areas to be the focus of mentoring, coaching or leadership development programs.
