Over the past 30 years, Sarah Burrows has honed her skills as a Business Analyst & Project Manager. Her career experience spans several business sectors, including IT, Finance, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Engineering. She has extensive experience in process mapping, technical writing, business process reengineering, operational audit, and quality assurance. With her background in math and computer programming, excellent organization skills, and logical mind, she has a unique ability to bring "order to chaos”.
Sarah was responsible for developing our Knowledge MappingTM reporting process and now drives our Succession Management practice throughout our client base. She is also responsible for managing special project initiatives, including customized report generation, data mining, CRM interface, and all back-office systems and applications support.
Before joining Sartor and Associates, Sarah was QA Manager for a Canadian airline, responsible for developing and implementing their Safety Quality Assurance program in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and airline best practices. A resident of Halton Hills, she is active in chairing, supporting, and volunteering for several not for profit organizations and community project initiatives. Sarah is a volunteer member of the Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario’s Quality Support Committee and recently co-presented a paper at the Trillium Primary Health Care Research conference in Toronto. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
