Executive Director Announcement - CMHA Waterloo Wellington Dufferin

We are pleased to announce Fred Wagner has been named the new Executive Director of CMHA Waterloo Wellington Dufferin, as Trellis Mental Health and CMHA Grand River are amalgamating to create this new organization. Sartor & Associates facilitated the E.D. selection for this integration through a rigorous interview process, including psychological assessments and an on-boarding presentation for the final candidates.

As the LHINs continue to look for synergies in the community among similar organizations, our firm continues to be at the forefront of CEO/ED integration searches and we hope to continue this engaging work in the health care and non-profit sectors.

Last fall we placed Steve Sherrer as the new CEO of AbleLiving and St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke as these two organizations are amalgamating to form a new $25M non-profit.
